Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed same day during working hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered during holidays.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping within UAE is Free for orders of AED 59 and above

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Orders are processed same day during working hours.  Delivery is usually next working day and maximum within 1 - 3 working days (provided correct address is provided and someone is available to receive the order)

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

All orders shipped to UAE are inclusive of taxes (VAT).   

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the UAE.
